The documentation for this bot is located on this site, to be more precise, it is here: Collapsy Wave Bot.

There’s not much to see/do with this bot at the moment, but I’m hoping to one day make it do really useful stuff. In this case, collapse all inline replies in the wave. Which it does not do right now.
